Bandit

Bandit is a running label from New York, and it started with socks. In 2020, brothers Nick and Tim West teamed up with designer Ardith Singh and turned socks shaped by local insight into a full label. Their thinking was that New York leads the world in running culture but had no homegrown running name of its own. The range now covers singlets, tops, shorts, tights, sweats, hats and socks, plus outerwear. Bandit says it was born in Brooklyn and refined by the NYC running community. Pop-ups, shakeouts and meetups feed back into the design, with runners' comments on pocketing, bounce and placement shaping the next round of changes.
