Hodakova

Hodakova is a Stockholm label founded in 2021 by Ellen Hodakova Larsson. The whole idea is turning discarded materials of the finest quality into unique pieces. Fabric, textiles and objects are sourced with care, then draped and composed by hand, with hours of work going into each one. Stockists describe the reworked deadstock and upcycled materials, the asymmetric cuts and the repurposed hardware. The label says it uses methods from the past to tell a story about time, and it pays respect to where each material began. Because every piece starts from something different, no two are the same. In 2024, Hodakova won the Grand Prize of the LVMH Prize for young fashion designers.
