Maple

Maple is a jewellery studio based in Vancouver, established in 2014. Designer Austin McMahon draws on everyday sights: a fence pattern, a vintage trinket, sometimes a frame from a film. Subcultures shape the work too, from early-2000s raves to surf and skate. The result is a range of necklaces, rings and bracelets that feel nostalgic but modern, made mainly in sterling silver. The rings are built to stand out in a stack, and the designs are full of character. The studio says it aims to push the boundaries of design and brand culture in jewellery.
