Ranra

Ranra is a London and Reykjavík based label, co-founded by Arnar Már Jónsson and Luke Stevens, who met at the Royal College of Art. Its outerwear is made for moving between city streets and natural terrain, and the studio describes it as transitional. Each collection starts with two questions: what can this material do, and how far can it be pushed? It began with a six-piece capsule and has grown into a full menswear range covering outerwear, knitwear and trousers. Look for parkas, field jackets, long coats, fleeces, gilets and overshirts. The gear is technical, but the look is refined rather than gorpcore, which makes it easy to wear in town as well as outdoors.
