Transit

Transit is an Italian label that pairs Scandinavian design with Italian workmanship. The name comes from a bar in the Marais in the 1980s, where two Danish designers noticed an illuminated "Transit" sign with a hand-written last letter. Italian creative talents have since replaced the founders, and that quirky final letter is still part of the identity. The label turns cotton, linen and silk into clean-cut pieces that are meant to work across seasons, whether you're on the sofa, in the office or travelling. Every stage of production is completed in-house. The menswear is minimalist, with muted colours, relaxed silhouettes, tailored jackets and soft knitwear. You can buy it at Intro Clothing.
