VINNY’s

VINNY's is a Copenhagen footwear label that makes what it calls "the new classics", shoes for big city life. The idea is one pair that works from boardrooms to backrooms. Virgil Nicholas founded it in 2019 and named it after his first-born son. It draws on traditional shoemaking, particularly loafers and formal styles, then reworks them with altered proportions, material contrasts and a relaxed feel. The Copenhagen office works closely with carefully chosen, family-run manufacturers in Portugal. The label says pinot noir, millennial hip hop and Oxford shirts shaped it, and that making an effort will never go out of style. Retailers such as Tres Bien stock it.
