Bigi Cravatte

Bigi is a family-run Milanese tie maker. It began in 1938, when Luigi Draghi turned his love of style into a workshop making ties. Daniele Bigi, his son-in-law, took it on, then his children Stefano and Paola. Stefano and his nephew Edoardo Biancardi now look after everything from choosing fabrics to packaging and marketing. The workshop sits in a classical period building on Viale Gian Galeazzo in Milan. The company was once called Pulcher, then West Point, before Stefano and Paola inherited it in 1990. The ties are completely handmade from British and Italian silks. Trunk Clothiers stocks the ties and scarves, and Bigi also makes handkerchiefs.
