Ellesse is an Italian sportswear brand founded in Perugia in 1959, starting out with ski wear before moving into tennis apparel. Its logo, based on half a tennis ball, nods to that dual ski and tennis background. The brand later became a fixture of streetwear and heritage casualwear, known for colour-block track jackets, polo shirts and logo t-shirts done in bold Italian styling. Sizing runs true to European standards, with a relaxed athletic cut, and vintage-inspired tracksuits carry a roomier, 80s-influenced fit, while tees and polos sit closer to standard sizing.
