About these terms

These terms cover your use of LabelTrail (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

What LabelTrail is

A guide to menswear labels and the UK shops that stock them. We don’t sell anything. Every purchase happens on the shop’s own website, under the shop’s own terms, prices and returns policy.

Accuracy

We check shops’ brand lists regularly and profiles are researched, but ranges change quickly and we can’t promise that every shop still carries every label we list, or that every detail is right. Please check with the shop before you buy. If you spot a mistake, tell us.

Affiliate links

Some links to shops are affiliate links: if you buy something after following one, we may earn a commission from the shop, at no extra cost to you. This never affects which shops we list. More on how we make money.

Brands and trademarks

Label and shop names and logos belong to their owners. We use them to identify the labels and shops we write about, not to suggest they endorse us. If you own a brand and want something changed, email [email protected].

Using our content

You’re welcome to share links to any page. Please don’t copy the site’s text or data in bulk, or scrape it, without asking us first.

Our liability

We provide the site as it is, for free, and aren’t responsible for the products, prices or service of the shops we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
