James Coward

James Coward is a menswear project from three friends, Patrick Bull, Daniel Garrod and Aaron Gray, based in Vancouver, Canada. The label reworks familiar shapes, fabrics and details, aiming to bring together the different tastes and histories of the three people behind it. The approach centres on the materials and the making. Fabrics come from mills with long histories, and the garments are produced in communities known for the quality of their work. The label says it values robust cloth, rigorous construction and regionally specific craftsmanship that has been passed down.
