Sergio Tacchini
Sergio Tacchini started in Piedmont, northern Italy, in 1966 with a plain aim: to modernise sportswear. Its tennis kit stood out from the traditional white worn by rivals, thanks to carefully coordinated colours, and it was comfortable too. Novak Djokovic won some of his biggest titles in the brand's clothing. The look also travelled well beyond the court. LL Cool J, Rakim and Biggie are named among its fans, and a memorable outfit in the film La Haine adds to the story. Today the T-logo label is best known for its tracksuit, alongside jackets, hoodies and shorts. UK stockist Stuarts London has worked with the brand for years and released its own take on the Orion tracksuit in Buttercream.
