Gavazzeni

Gavazzeni makes leather belts, bags and accessories, and all of it is made in Italy. The story starts in Rovato, in the Franciacorta wine country, where Sergio Gavazzeni opened a small fashion accessories workshop in 1979. His wife, Katia Orlandini, had grown up in the offices of Max Mara, and together they built Dora, a leather goods company known for its craftsmanship and for working with well-known fashion houses. Their children, Elena and Pietro, joined the family business, and Gavazzeni became the family's own name alongside the work made for other Italian labels. The men's belts are the place to start. Recent ranges lean on woven and braided styles, with materials from leather to wool, plus calf-hair and suede options with carefully chosen buckles.
