Gitman Vintage

Gitman Vintage makes American-made shirts, and the story behind them is a proper one. Max Gitman founded the Ashland Shirt & Pajama Company in Pennsylvania in 1932. The factory became Gitman Bros. in 1978 and is still one of the few shirtmakers producing entirely in the USA. The Vintage collection launched in 2008 and draws on decades of archival fabrics and designs, reworked with updated dyes, patterns and construction. Expect classic Oxfords and chambrays, plus zephyr, flannels, plaids, bold prints and technical fabrics. Chris Olberding, President of Gitman Brothers, leads the creative side.
