Heimat takes its name from a German word for a place where you feel at home, and the clothes aim to give that feeling wherever you happen to be. The brand is proud of its German heritage and craftsmanship, and favours simple things made for a purpose, with no unnecessary design features. You'll find raglan shirts in a cotton hemp fabric woven exclusively for Heimat, made in Portugal, and a Military Green tank top made in Germany with no side seams. There are merino layers too, and knitwear for colder days, made with traditional machine-knitting including heavy 5-gauge knitting for a textured, durable finish.
