JOHANNA PARV

Johanna Parv is an Estonian-born, London-based label that describes its approach as "functional luxury" for women. Parv has a background in sportswear and at couture houses including Balenciaga and Christian Dior, and her "engineered formalwear" pairs couture and tailoring technique with the performance of sportswear. The clothes are inspired by cyclists in the city, women who move "from the bike lane to the boardroom". She showed on the runway in 2022 as a Fashion East recipient, has been a Semi-Finalist for the LVMH Prize and is now a BFC Newgen designer. The collection covers ready-to-wear and accessories, and it is stocked at Dover Street Market, H Lorenzo and Ssense.
