Miez

Miez is a young footwear label from Gonars, in Friuli, north-east Italy. Alberto and Gloria, classmates and friends, reunited in 2022 to bring the best of their region to the world. The name is Friulian for "middle", a nod to Friuli as a borderland with Central Europe. The label makes Friulane, the slip-on shoes that have been produced in Gonars for over 200 years. Each pair is designed, developed and handcrafted there by expert craftsmen, from choosing the materials to the manual work.
