Pompeii

Pompeii began in May 2014 in Madrid, when a group of friends, 22 and just out of university, decided to make shoes. They had no fashion background, only a shared eye for how shoes looked and felt. Footwear grew into ready-to-wear, and the brand now calls its style refined streetwear: elegant but relaxed, shaped by sport, nostalgia and culture, with a modern take on prep and a youthful edge. The founders grew up between the south of England and Madrid, and that mix of the structured and the instinctive runs through the label. UK stockist Urban Industry carries its Dart shoes and graphic t-shirts.
