Regal Shoe & Co. is the Tokyo label from Regal Corporation, a Japanese shoemaker based in Shibuya. Its roots are in military boot manufacturing, and it brought the tough Goodyear welt construction method to Japan. The focus is leather shoes that pair function with sturdy, considered design, with quality and durability at the front. Recent seasons show a real appetite for collaboration. Partners include Converse, with the One Star Loafer, the All Star Hi and the All Star Coupe, as well as F/CE., Bedwin & the Heartbreakers and SandWaterr. There is also a Blucher built with GORE-TEX product technology, released in June 2024, for anyone who wants a proper leather shoe that copes with wet weather.
