Our Legacy

Our Legacy is an independent label based in Stockholm, founded in 2005 by Jockum Hallin, Cristopher Nying and Richardos Klarén. It began with a debut collection of printed t-shirts, and Nitty Gritty was the first store to stock it. Since then it has built a devoted, cult following. The label is known for putting custom-developed fabrics onto signature shapes. Its men's and women's ready-to-wear explores seasonal themes with close attention to detail and a habit of repurposing materials. The result sits between familiar and irregular: silhouettes you will recognise, reworked slightly. Denim is a regular focus, with old-time washes that reference the past, and retailers point to Third Cut denim and Camion Boots as places to start.
