Ten C

Ten C is the work of Alessandro Pungetti and Paul Harvey, both formerly of Stone Island and C.P. Company. The name comes from the initials of The Emperor's New Clothes, and the idea is to look past fads and trends towards well-made clothing. Everything turns on OJJ, Original Japanese Jersey. It's a polyester and nylon interlock made only in Japan, then garment dyed under heat and pressure until it's wind and water repellent and already looks a few years old. It arrives stiff and softens with wear, a bit like denim. The range is outerwear: anoraks, parkas, the Hub jacket and a quilted overshirt, all made in Italy.
