Baracuta

Baracuta began in Manchester in 1937, founded by brothers John and Isaac Miller, who were keen golfers and saw a gap in the market for a jacket with room to move. The result was the G9, the G standing for golf and the 9 for the nine holes. Its pockets were shaped to hold two golf balls. You can spot one by the ribbed hem and cuffs, the umbrella yoke across the back and the Fraser Tartan lining, a weave the Millers were granted exclusive use of. The name Harrington came later, after Ryan O'Neal wore his as Rodney Harrington in 1964. Recent projects include collaborations with Undercover and WACKOMARIA, plus a revived G18 for Autumn Winter 2025.
