Good Measure

Good Measure is a Manchester-born label making heavyweight sweatshirts, hoodies and T-shirts entirely in England. It began in a pub, after years of saying "someone should make that", when the founders decided to make limited-run, high-quality sweatshirts themselves. The fabric is 480gsm cotton, knitted to the brand's specification at heritage mills in small batches, then hand-assembled at a partner factory in the same region. It's a respectful nod to the North West's past as the heart of the British cotton trade. The core pieces are the M-21 crew, the M-20 hoodie and the M-4 tee. More than ten years in, they still work with specialist local makers.
