RRL by Ralph Lauren

RRL takes its name from the Double RL ranch in Colorado, bought by Ralph and Ricky Lauren in the eighties. Ralph Lauren launched it in 1993 as a separate brand from his Polo mainline, and it is where the workwear, western and military ideas go. The references are 19th-century gold rush miners, ranch hands and military uniforms from American conflicts. Garments are often based on carefully sourced vintage pieces, recreated with close attention to fabric, wash and construction. Expect selvedge denim, chambray, shawl collar knits, western check shirts and patchwork jeans, made in small runs and washed to look found.
