Healthknit

Healthknit was founded in 1900 by Edward J. McMillan in Knoxville, Tennessee, originally under Standard Knitting Mills. It built its name on dependable American basics and is widely credited with pioneering the crew neck T-shirt. In recent decades the label has been revived under Japanese licensing, and its current socks are developed and produced there. They are sinker-knit, double-layer crews with a rib-knit leg and reinforced wear points, sold in 3-packs that fit UK 7 to 11. The multi-pack pricing makes them an easy way to upgrade an everyday rotation, and the striped cuffs suit cuffed selvedge denim or relaxed workwear trousers.
