Power Goods

Power Goods is a London-based label that makes daily basics with a lot of weight behind them. It focuses on t-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies, and it develops its own fabrics: a 400GSM organic cotton single jersey for the tees and a 500GSM loopback terry for the sweats and hoodies. Everything is 100% cotton, with no synthetic blends, and the clothing is GOTS certified organic. Many pieces are garment dyed for a softer, lived-in look. The tees are built to hold a boxy shape after repeated washes, and the ribbed collars have twin-needle stitching so the neckline stays put. It began in 2019 as a small independent project, started by people fed up with disposable fashion. Worth a look if you care about hand-feel.
