Oscar Deen

Oscar Deen makes sunglasses that start life in antique shops. Two London natives founded the label, and the team scours antique stores, flea markets and forgotten corners of Europe for vintage frames, then modernises and re-touches them. The Pinto takes cues from a rare 1940s Crown Panto frame found in Paris, while the Fraser borrows its browline from 1960s Italian bifocals. Each pair is hand-finished in Mazzucchelli Italian acetate, from a family-run factory working since 1849, and fitted with lightweight CR-39 lenses. They come in a recycled leather case handmade in London. The brand's line is "respect your face", and if you damage your frames in any way, they'll replace them for free.
