'47 began outside Fenway Park in Boston in 1947, when two brothers, Arthur and Henry D'Angelo, started selling baseball pennants and other memorabilia on the Red Sox's doorstep. Both were born in Orsogna, Italy, and arrived in the USA at age 12.
