Union Clothing has been dressing Newcastle in good denim since September 1987, when it set out to bring an expertise in denim and casual wear to a city that had little of either. Nearly four decades on, it's still an independent specialist in premium denim and heritage menswear, with workwear running through the edit as a firm second thread.

The buying leans towards brands with real heritage, quality and staying power, chosen to sit alongside the denim rather than compete with it. Expect Nudie and Edwin alongside Carhartt WIP and Dickies, Red Wing boots and Danner, Pike Brothers and Stan Ray for workwear grounding, plus Stetson, KESTIN and Deus Ex Machina for range.
